Each day we have at least one group activity that will be ACTIVE! After all, this is a fitness retreat. However this isn't the kind of retreat where you'll be working out in a boring gym. 

Our goal is for you to be outside in nature fully experiencing everything Bali has to offer. So our activities are designed to do just that!

We start the retreat off with a morning vinyasa yoga class to move and stretch your body after your long flight. Then we head out to explore and relax at some of Bali's best beaches since they're located within minutes from our villa! The first day you may be jet-lagged, so we will take it slow to help you acclimate

The second day we hit the waves for our group surf lesson in one of the best surfing spots in Bali! Later we will head into town to watch the famous sunset fire show at the Uluwatu Temple. Here you will not only get to enjoy a famous Balinese tradition, but you will get to see some of the best sunset views Bali has to offer overlooking jaw-dropping cliffs.

The next day we head out early to enjoy a full day in the magical city of Ubud! Here we will visit the famous Tegalalang Rice terraces where you can get a photo swinging from the famous "I Love Bali" swing pictured above. We will also enjoy breakfast at the cutest cafe in the rice terraces before heading to visit the Tirta Empul Temple. At the temple you will have the option to participate in the Balinese holy water bathing ritualBathing in this holy water is supposed to cleanse your soul and ward off evil, and the locals do this on a regular basis.

After we head to one of Bali's most famous waterfalls, Tukad Cepung, that you probably have seen on some of Instagram's most famous travel profiles. From here we'll head into the city of Ubud to eat lunch and to shop at the local market, which is where you will find the BEST deals and products in Bali. During this time you're free to explore the rest of Ubud if shopping isn't your thing. The Monkey Forest is located in Ubud and may be something you want to see during your free time! 

Over the next few days we will cook-up delicious food at our gluten-free cooking classes, as well as get our sweat on at our morning bootcamp and yoga classes. And we can't forget about our visit to Sunday's Beach Club where we will enjoy a delicious lunch on the beach followed by free time to kayak, paddle board, snorkel, and swim in the amazing infinity pool!

In your free time grab a book or cocktail by the pool, treat yourself to a massage with one of our specialized therapists at our in-house spa for less than $20, or relax at one of the beautiful beaches only minutes from our villa. You can also rent a motorbike or hire a driver to explore other nearby sites including the city of Seminyak, Pandawa beach, or the beach bar Single Fin for a cocktail at sunset.

Let's be real, it's all about the FOOD!
At this retreat you can expect amazing, fresh, healthy, and detoxifying mostly plant-based meals that will leave you feeling energized and refreshed! All meals are gluten-free, have dairy-free options, and will be mostly vegetarian/vegan with the exception of fresh local meats and seafood that will be offered during certain meals.

Our daily detoxifying breakfasts, lunches, and dinners will be crafted by The Nourished Table, who specialize in mostly vegetarian cuisine using 100% organic, seasonal ingredients, packing each dish with unbelievable flavor, freshness, and nutrients.

 You can expect to eat like a QUEEN or KING by enjoying dishes such as granola bowls and smoothies made with fresh local fruits and homemade nut butters, salads with spiced cauliflower rice, marinated tofu, and fresh tomatoes, sweet potato falafel burgers with garlic tahini, fresh south indian fish curry with baby eggplant, and sweet potato banana donuts covered with chocolate and almonds for dessert.

The Luxury 5-Star Accommodations
At the Brand New Bingin Villa!
Villa Bingin is a stunning eco-inspired luxury estate hidden away in the hills, clifftops, and famous white sand beaches of Uluwatu in the southern tip of Bali. This amazing multi-bungalow eco lodge is just a 2-minute walk to the cliff top of Bingin Beach where a pathway of 150 steps take you down to the beach where you can swim and surf. Other beautiful beaches such as Padang Padang and Dreamsland are just a 5-10 minute drive away, and the famous Uluwatu Temple is 15 minutes away by car.

The villa features traditional Javanese Joglo houses crafted out of recycled teak wood, and the expansive garden provides plenty of space to relax and roam throughout your stay. The property also features a fully-stocked yoga shala with high-quality mats, straps, and blocks so you can practice comfortably. And at the center of the property is a magnificent flower-shaped swimming pool surrounded by premium lounge chairs and umbrellas for you to enjoy. 

Behind the pool you'll find an open-concept family room and kitchen where you can fully immerse yourself in nature while enjoying your cup of coffee in the morning. Each luxury room on the property is in a private bungalow. Each bungalow contains two separate rooms. The beds have luxury comfort mattresses and can be arranged into two twin beds, or 1 king size bed, making it easy to accommodate solo travelers, friends, or couples traveling together.

They feature a shared large bathroom with a double sink (shared only with 1 other room in the bungalow). Depending on how much space you desire, you have the option to reserve the King or Queen sized room. Each room looks exactly the same and has the same amenities. I personally reccomend the larger King room since the extra space is much more comfortable for two people especially if you will be set up with a roommate.

How to Get to Bali
Book your flight into the Denpasar airport (DPS) by Saturday, March 28th. I will have two time slots available to pick you up from the airport. The first pickup time is at 12pm and the second pickup time is at 4pm. If you would like to arrive at the house at a different time I can arrange a private taxi for you at an additional cost.

Please arrange your outgoing flights at 2:30pm or later on Saturday, April 4th to ensure you catch your flight on-time unless you're staying longer in Bali (which I highly reccomend if you can). The airport is a little over an hour from the house and we will be checking out at 11am. 

*Group shuttle pickup times are subject to change based on everyones flight schedules
*Included departure transportation will only be to the airport on Saturday, April 4th at 11am from the villa. If you have other plans I can help you arrange private transportation at an additional cost.

If you’re coming from the U.S. we highly reccomend flying out of a major airport hub such as New York, Boston, or Los Angeles on THURSDAY to arrive at the retreat on-time and to get the cheapest flights. The flight will average 20-30 hours so please arrange your schedule accordingly.

We’ve found that is a great website for searching for flights at the best prices. However we always reccomend booking directly through the airlines website for the best travel protection possible.

Once you've booked your flight, please post your flight itinerary in our private Facebook group, or email us the info directly. 

Check-in time at the villa is 12:00pm on Saturday, March 28th and checkout time on Saturday, April 4th is at 11am unless specified otherwise.
Weather in Bali and Electricity Information
The average temperature at the end of March is 28°C (82°F). The end of the month also brings the end of rainy season. This means you can expect light humidity with a few chances of short showers. Please bring a rain jacket in case it rains.

In Bali and Indonesia you can expect the 2 pin socket and plug as used in larger parts of Europe. 
The pins are round, not flat or rectangular.

Need an Adapter?
If you're coming from Australia, Japan, USA, Malaysia, UK, Canada, Singapore, and some countries in Africa you will most likely need a plug adapter otherwise the plugs for your electrical appliances will not fit into the "Bali Socket", although the voltage should be ok.

Retreat Cancellation Policy: The $500 USD is non-refundable. In case you need to cancel 60 days prior to the retreat start date, we will provide a 100% refund minus the $500 USD non-refundable deposit. In case you need to cancel 30 days prior to the retreat start date, we will provide a 70% refund minus the $500 USD non-refundable deposit. In case you need to cancel with less then 30 days notice prior to the retreat start date, 100% is non-refundable.  The $500 USD deposit can be transferred as a credit to any future retreat within 1 year from the date the deposit was received, subject to availability. In the unlikely event of us cancelling the retreat, we will provide a full refund including the deposit.
